Carbs in morning protein at night
My enthusiasm to test “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) fat loss plan is at all time high. I did not change my very own diet plan and also did not boost my workout level. In just a short period of Four weeks, I already lost 6 pounds. The method has allow me to consumed less and becoming full is a lot a lot quicker. .
It would have been better if I found this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. I reduced 12 lbs in three weeks so far. Of course I exercise a few times a week, and eat well. The results presented to me is astounding. I undoubtedly propose the product, hope it works as good for you since it really does for me. .
I actually don’t eat breakfast I never feel hungry in the morning my hunger always kicks in within 3 pm to 4 pm and from 8pm to 9pm
I do intermediate fasting 16:8
Fast for 16
Eat for 8 hours
Plus I get a keto diet kinda and I’m vegetarian
I lost 35 pounds just going vegetarian no working out so I Plateaued
When I started the intermediate fasting. I lost even more another 35
Now I’m doing small work outs and I’m losing even more

Hmmmmm, this sounds more like intermittent fasting 16/8
9-10 am- Eat dinner for breakfast- (eat bigger meals for breakfast)
Before 3pm- Eat cold carbs at lunchtime- (3-4oz protein, 2 cups cold whole grain or 1 cup quinoa and veggies)
5pm dinner happy hour- smallest meal of the day. At the end of happy hour, have a glass of wine. (Protein and fiber)
Start eating when the sun rises and stop eating when the sun sets.
Its amazing how doctor’s are capitalizing on something that people have been doing for ages making it sound new

Great video. Love it. I congratulate everyone that loses the weight. It takes hard work and almost every diet works if you work it. I lost 57 pounds in the last 100 days doing OMAD one meal a day, intermittent fasting, and prolonged fasting. Let’s crush our 2019 goals weight loss and otherwise!

Emre S well if you watched till the end he says intermittent fasting at the end your stopping eating around 7 pm and start around 9 or 10 am so if you started at 10 A.M. it’s a 15 hour fast. It makes a lot of sense you are burning the carbs early during the day and last meal shouldn’t have carbs more keto eating as last meal. Hey what do you have to lose give it a shot.

you’re wrong… mostly right I hear bs. Impossible, if i were to eat on the right times (but only McDonalds and stuff) you’d still gain weight. At night you arn’t active so you’ll still gain weight because you arn’t active. It still doesn’t work the way theyre saying it ;0;
That’s just ignorance there are proven studies conducted to show that intermittent fasting works, however there is a big misconception in this video. They think that a calorie is a calorie and that you can eat anything within a certain time. This is not true, because a calorie of sugar is not the same as a calorie of olive oil. They both cause different metabolic responses also they cause certain increases in say blood sugar levels, pressure, insulin resistance etc. So whe intermittent fasting is done correctly it can have astonishing results.

It’s not the ‘when way’ that is working, it’s the intermittent fasting. If you stop eating at 5/6pm and fast till 9/10am that’s 15 hours fast. These guys are so cheeky, the ‘when way’ my foot.

That’s what I was wondering. But, I’ve been working nights for a year, I’ve gained 25 frikking pounds in this time. Ugghhhhhhh!!!!

Exactly. I think the point here really is that at night people tend to eat too much than store it. Front load the cals in beginning of day is the oldest trick in the book but usually most people appetites tend to go up later in the day.
