exercise is not necessary. just calorie deficit is needed. 3500 calories burned a week you lose 0.5kg weight. I think you will lose water weight in the first month. After that, you will start burning fat in the second month. Just maintain calorie deficit. But yeah, include more protein to avoid muscle mass loss. I only started calorie deficit for the past 8 days and already lose almost 1kg, but i guess its just water weight since i can still see my big belly fat. I will continue calorie deficit until October. my calorie daily intake varies from 900 to 1300. If i just stay home all day, I will only consume less 1000 calories.
What if i my food contains a lot of sugar and a lot of fats , can i stay fit if i workout 3 times a week? Like if i do kickboxing, is it enough to stay fit?
