@Salavation Ifortyzz it depends on your body weight but your pee will tell you if you’re hydrated light yellow and clear means you are hydrated dark yellow you aren’t.

I gave up food period
This was a joke … i am well aware that starving will get you nowhere and only slow down your metabolism which wont help with fat loss… you must eat in abundance with healthier foods and keep track of your macros so as you plateau (which you will ) you simply slowly and progressively lower your caloric intake you continue fat loss … along with proper weight training and HIIT CARDIO !!

And process carbs like pasta
Only eat whole wheat or veggie pasta…It makes a huge difference
Eating healthy to be healthier
It does make a difference. I stopped eating a lot of bread (I cheat sometimes) and process sugar myself. The results are amazing.
Great tips, I pretty much have given up everything you mention and I don’t have a problem with weight so I agree!
Just manage what you eat every once in while and balance with exercise. You should be able to eat what you like in small amounts. Also, knowing how your body works.
