I`ve been having this fat loss program “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) for a couple of weeks today and so far I love them! I have the vitality I would like without controlling my urge for food without having making me feel jittery. Cheers for this, I’ve been looking for “recipes for diabetes type 1” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Nanadelyn Nenogan Magic – (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got excellent success with it.

I never thought of using portobello mushrooms as burger buns. That’s incredible lol.
I already do, they leak like hell though when you bite into them
I prefer just thinly sliced white mushrooms, as I’m not a mushroom fan really. Just mash the hamburg and eat the meal with a fork. It’s less disappointing than trying to eat a hamburger with “fake” buns.

Τ.Γ.Κ. ΩΣ ΤΟΝ ΘΑΝΑΤΟ limit veggies. Some veggies are high in carbs. You basically want to have eat meals high in fat, moderate in protein, and very low in carbs.

Milk is insulogenic. It raises insulin. Main aim of keto is to keep insulin low so that you are in fat burning mode all the time
No don’t use cream, instead use coconut milk, cashew milk or almond milk with no sugar added
