Ketosis is a natural state of your body. It wants to be in ketosis.
It is NOT a diet. It is a way of life.
I lost 110 lbs doing dirty keto. Keeping my sugars at 0% and carbs at less than 20g a day.
110lbs in 9 months.

For the record ..never used mtc and lost 110 lbs. Cut sugars and carbs, dont make it harder than it has to be.

Could you guys make a video on building muscle/lifting/making body while in keto/low carb?! I have been trying to find out some channels/blogs/vlogs but I did not find that much.
My wife is doing the under 30…She is attempting to lose around 30 lbs….yes she weighs herself way to often. Yes she has lost around 2 lbs …Yet is discouraged. She seems to think early days of a diet major loss is normal.
Any guidance……….
