They are correct. Dr Atkins was killed for his beliefs. He was a modern day Galileo. Now today there are variations of his diet plan popping up everywhere.

that’s awesome. said some things that rang true for me. years ago, I was exercising plenty, but I love to eat! I was not good at portion control. personally, I had to start intermittent fasting. I’ve lost ten lbs in the first few weeks, but have hit a plateau. What I am doing now is going more paleo, modified paleo. I also need to have more discipline in staying the course on exercising, which I love to do, but work often gets in the way. , looks pretty good. Really it’s not rocket science, although we in the west make it hard. Eat whole foods in moderation, get enough rest, reduce stress, and exercise, not insanely, but regularly. Aerobics and some form of weight-bearing exercise seem to be the best combination.

Yes the sunflower seeds along with peanuts n chashews are toxic people need to google it ir resaearch it. But walnuts are great fruits are natures candy so not too good for our kidneys to eat them every single day like we were thought . our kidmeys not designed to handle fruits all year round. N rob is hyper because he probably is a B blood type meaning he likes to constantly move around:)))

Interesting to see Dr.Oz (being a doctor that he is) using flaxseeds without grinding it since pretty much every health-nutrition article will tell you that it is necessary for your body to absorb the nutrition properly. Otherwise, flaxseeds will just pass through your system. On a side note, if you get to grind whole flaxseeds a little more than you need at a time of meal preparation, make sure you keep the remaining in the refrigerator(or freezer is even better) or it goes rancid. Same goes with flaxseed oil. Once you open the bottle, you need to use the oil within less than a week(check the exact duration time). I remember I spent $14 for a small bottle and I used just a few drops at the time and thought I could keep it in the refrigerator. I was wrong, It was spoiled and nasty. After that, I did some reading on it and learned about consumption and storage of flaxseeds properly.

Atkins did not invent it.Doctor frederick carlson had a radio show in the 30s.where Rheo Blair listened to it and came up with the high protein low carb diet for bodybuilders.he used it on himself.vince gironda also refined it.
