Come on! I thought dr. Oz had his act together. This was a great article until they drizzled it all over fruit and toast. Right after you got through saying for eating too many carbs was bad for you. Stupid.

The fat will slow down the absorption of starch, keeps blood sugar lower. It has a better Omega profile.
Please stop. Carbs are not evil. Carbs are already in your body whether you eat them or not. If you’re obese then cut them back more, but you can’t avoid them 100%. It seems that only the yo yo dieters are some of the most picky with “diets”. Make your own show and show us your abs if you know so much.

You can’t do carbs like toast and fruit together with fat. You can’t just add more fat to your diet. You need to reduce the carbs at the same time. Otherwise you will not loose weight.
