On the point of fiber, I have gastroparesis so my system (stomach & bowels) shuts down with too much fiber. I think this point may be a person-by-person basis.
I really enjoy interviews with Ten Naiman, no dogma, just reasonable approach.
If only more people from keto community would be like this.
The low fat high fiber beat the high fat diet because it takes at least a month for people to get fat adapted.
Failure is not falling down but refusing to get up.
-The Shades
This was just confusing. Couldn’t follow any of it. On top of that, fat is what makes me feel good and have energy so no way and I replacing it with protein.
If you eat carnivore to lose fat then what do you do once you are at your ideal weight?
Can keep it right where you want to be by playing with fat content.
I would love to eat more protein, but it raises my blood sugar all day. I have to keep it low and much higher fat to keep numbers below 100!
